Overview

The objective of this course is to provide an overview of the various Nuclear Medicine studies for the Pulmonary system. The course will provide information on the reasons for ordering the various exams and demonstrate the basis of how to interpret the exams and images. Clinical correlates with other imaging studies and diagnostic tests will be presented.

California Chiropractors: This course is classified as Category B – Diagnostic Testing Procedures and Differential Diagnosis.

About the Instructors

Ross McArthur, MD is a Board Certified Radiologist with the American Board of Radiology. He attended the University of Calgary School of Medicine and completed a Radiology Residency at the University of Saskatchewan. Prior to this, he was in full-time chiropractic practice in Alberta, Canada and was a Diplomat of the American Chiropractic Board of Radiology and a Fellow of the Chiropractic College of Radiologists of Canada ............................................................................................................................................................................................................... Gregory Katsaros, DC is a Diplomate in Pain Management with the American Academy of Pain Management. He received a Bachelor of Science in Physiology from Michigan State University and his Doctorate from Cleveland Chiropractic in Los Angeles. He received his training in Nuclear Medicine at Charles R. Drew Post Graduate Medical School and King Drew Medical Center in Los Angeles. He is a member of the American College of Nuclear Medicine and the International Headache Society.
