B: Clinical Pathophysiology

The objective of this course is to provide a basic understanding of the basis of pain. The pathophysiology and mechanism of pain, along with mediators of pain, pain pathways and tracts will be presented.

The objective of this course is to provide a basic understanding of a Complete Blood Count, Comprehensive Metabolic Panel, and a Peripheral Blood Smear. Normal and abnormal values and their clinical significance will be discussed.
