The objective of this course is to provide an understanding of EKG's. The various waves, segments, and complexes of an EKG and their correlates with cardiac function will be discussed. Information will be provided to have a good understanding of interpreting the basics of EKG's.
Neuroimaging in Headache Disorders

The objective of this course is to demonstrate the radiographic findings related to various headache
disorders. Most headache types do not demonstrate specific neuroimaging findings causative to the
disorder. Presented here are some of the headache types which demonstrate some related findings on
neuroimaging and other headache types which demonstrate specific radiographic findings.
Trigeminal Autonomic Cephalgias
This course is 1 Credit
The objective of this course is to provide an overview of the various types of headaches classified as
Trigeminal Autonomic Cephalgias (TACs). The characteristics and descriptions of the various TACs will be
discussed.
Shoulder Impingement
This course is 1 Credit
The objective of this course is to provide a radiographic assessment of the various aspects of
shoulder impingement. Physical examination and orthopedic testing will be demonstrated and
correlated with clinical and radiographic findings.
Documentation and Record Keeping

The objective of this course is to provide the basic guidelines for documentation and record keeping. Various aspects of SOAP notes and formats of documentation, along with reasoning and basis of
documentation will be discussed.
Pathophysiology of Pain

The objective of this course is to provide a basic understanding of the basis of pain. The pathophysiology and mechanism of pain, along with mediators of pain, pain pathways and tracts will be presented.
Introduction to Understanding Headaches

The objective of this course is to provide a basic understanding of headaches. The classifications and various types of headaches will be discussed. The pathophysiology, patterns and distributions of different headaches types will be presented.
Clinical Labs 1 – CBC and CMP

The objective of this course is to provide a basic understanding of a Complete Blood Count, Comprehensive Metabolic Panel, and a Peripheral Blood Smear. Normal and abnormal values and their clinical significance will be discussed.
